Terms of use

This document (together with any documents referred to within) explain the Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) through which CONTEXT World Limited (a company registered in England & Wales under company number: 7598074) provides access to their Online Shop (https://www.contextworld.com/online-shop-home). The Customer should read these Terms carefully before registering to access the Online Shop. By proceeding with registering to use the Online Shop, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the CONTEXT Online Shop (the "Online Shop"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. CONTEXT World Limited ("CONTEXT”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Online Shop after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

a. Payment Methods: Payments for purchases made through the Online Shop are accepted via PayPal.
b. Payment Security: All payment transactions are securely processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway. CONTEXT does not store or have access to your payment information.

5. Report Usage and Restrictions
a. License: Upon purchase, CONTEXT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports for your personal or individual business use, as specified in the product description.
b. Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, or use the reports for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The reports and any other information available on the Online Shop are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CONTEXT does not warrant that the reports will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability
CONTEXT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the reports or any other information obtained on the Online Shop, even if CONTEXT have been advised of the possibility of such damages. CONTEXT shall not be responsible for any events outside of its control “Force Majeure”.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. Termination
a. CONTEXT reserves the right to terminate a User's access to the Online Shop for inappropriate use or behaviour.
b. The User may request for their account to be deleted by contacting CONTEXT at webshopsupport@contextworld.com.
c. CONTEXT will delete the User’s account following 2 years of inactivity.
