ChannelWatch 2021 - Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize Draw is open to any owner or employee of an IT reseller business located in any of the countries listed in section 3.


2. To enter the Prize Draw, the participant must complete the 2021 CONTEXT ChannelWatch Survey on behalf of their organisation. Furthermore, the participant must fulfil both of the below requirements:
   
   
   1. Complete at least 75% of the survey. To ‘complete' means to provide complete answers to a proportion of questions representing 75% of the total. It does not mean to navigate through the survey to 75% of the progress bar without filling anything in.
   2. Provide their email address for the purpose of administering the prize.


3. The Prize Draw is open in the following countries: Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Norway, Russia, South Africa, Turkey and United Kingdom. Participants in any other country are invited to participate in the survey but will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.


4. All participants in all countries may however choose to receive a copy of the survey results as an incentive separate from the Prize Draw.


5. Participation in the survey is by invitation, normally from a distributor who does business with the reseller in question. The participant may access the survey online via a link that will be supplied to them, normally by the distributor inviting them to participate.


6. The email address provided will be used in two ways:
   
   
   1. All email addresses will be put into a spreadsheet on a computer in the CONTEXT London office the first working day after the survey has closed. A computer formula will be applied to the resulting list in order to make a random selection of 5 winners.
   2. CONTEXT employees will send emails to the chosen addresses in order to initiate the process of claiming prizes. At this point, each winner will be asked to provide a postal address in order to receive their prize.
   3. CONTEXT will retain email addresses until prizes have been received and the process has finished. The addresses will then be deleted.


7. CONTEXT will make every reasonable attempt to contact each winner. If no response has been received from a winner 14 days from the initial communication from CONTEXT, that winner will forfeit their prize and a replacement winner will be selected from the remaining email addresses which have not been assigned prizes. That winner will also forfeit their prize if they do not respond within 14 days of contact, and the process will continue until 5 prizes have been allocated.


8. Prizes will be sent to the winners by post.


9. No purchase is necessary.


10. Only one survey fill-out per person is acceptable.


11. The prize for participants in Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Norway, Russia, South Africa, Turkey and United Kingdom are vouchers equivalent to 330 Euros.


12. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.


13. CONTEXT accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason


14. The names and countries of the winners can be obtained after prizes have been allocated by sending a stamped addressed envelope to ChannelWatch, CONTEXT, Dial House, 2 Burston Road, London, SW15 6AR.


15. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.


16. Winners are expected to be aware of tax law in their own countries and to report their prizes to their tax authorities if local laws require them to do so. CONTEXT will not make additional payments to winners in order to cover any tax payments that they make in connection with their prizes.


17. CONTEXT shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, a copy of which you can see here, and in accordance with GDPR data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process your Prize Draw entry and contact you about it, as described in section 6 above.


18. CONTEXT accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. CONTEXT further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. The website on which the survey is accessed is provided with no warranties or guarantees, and you must bear the risks associated with internet use. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of CONTEXT for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.


19. CONTEXT shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.


20. CONTEXT reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of CONTEXT in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
