CONTEXT wins a place on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ ranking

London, 4th May 2017 – CONTEXT, the European IT market research company, was named by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in the Medium category (organisations with 50-499 employees) in its annual Best Workplaces™ ranking announced at a gala dinner on 3rd May.

Ranked 50th, this is the first time CONTEXT has achieved this honour which recognises the company as having a high trust, engaged workplace culture. This is the driving force behind our ability to attract, retain and develop talent, fomenting business success.

The methodology behind the ranking is one of the most rigorous available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into our organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of our leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies we have which contribute to our successful workplace culture.
