This document (together with any documents referred to within) explains the Terms & Conditions ("Terms") through which Forecasting, a service provided by CONTEXT World Limited (a company registered in England & Wales under company number: 7598074), offers its forecasting services. The user should read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Forecasting App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. CONTEXT World Limited ("CONTEXT") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Access and User Invitations
a. Invitation-Only Access: Access to the Forecast App is granted through an invitation-only mechanism. Eligible users receive an invitation via email, which includes a unique link to access their personalized forecasting sessions.
b. User Information: To facilitate the invitation process and ensure secure access to the App, certain personal information including your name, email address, and company affiliation is required and stored by us. This information is added to our user database by a designated data controller.
c. Data Handling: The collected personal data is used solely for the purposes of managing access to the App and providing relevant session content. All personal information is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection regulations.

3. Data Protection Compliance
a. Privacy: CONTEXT is committed to protecting user privacy. Data processing by CONTEXT complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 1998.

4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All forecasts, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed within the App are the property of CONTEXT, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
b. Use Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or display any content from the App without the express written consent of CONTEXT. The content within the App is for your individual use and may not be shared with others.

5. Forecast Use and Restrictions
a. License: CONTEXT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the forecasts for your personal or individual business use.
b. Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, or use the forecasts for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The forecasts and any other information available in the App are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CONTEXT does not warrant that the forecasts will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability
CONTEXT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the forecasts or any other information obtained from the App.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. Termination
CONTEXT reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access to the App for inappropriate use or behavior.
