Events Supporter

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as an Events Supporter. The successful candidate will play a crucial supporting role in planning and executing internal and external events.

Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of various in-person and online events ranging from small meetings to large conferences, workshops, and promotional activities

Provide logistical and administrative support to the events manager

Maintain records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary

Assisting with creative decisions

Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations

Assist with copywriting related to the events channel
-
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to gather information

Respond to inquiries and provide information to participants before, during, and after events

Assist in budget planning and tracking for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints

Send event-related communications via email, including invitations, confirmations, and updates.

Act as a backup for the Events Manager, covering their responsibilities when they are unavailable.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Bachelor's degree in related field

Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems

Creative mind, able to think outside the box and good problem-solving skills

Well organised with excellent planning skills

Attention to detail

Able to work independently and drive projects forward with little supervision

A highly collaborative team-player

Effective communicator able to communicate at all levels of the organisation
