During the Teleconference

Before the Call
Please be available ten minutes before the scheduled time of the conference.

To Place the Call
Dial into the conference using the number provided no later than 10 minutes prior to  the start time.
Be prepared to give your name, company name and the password. Entry will be  verified by password as well as checks on name and company name supplied in your registration.

During the Call
All lines will be listen only mode during the teleconference.
Keep in mind that speakerphones are very sensitive and pick up the smallest noises.
Speaker microphones should be muted when not in use.

Calling from a Cellular Phone
If at all possible, do not use a cellular phone on a Teleconference call.
If necessary, try to use a cellular in a stationary place, so that the phone line does not fade while you are speaking.
Cellular phones do not always carry the security level that a host or participant may require. Cross talk as well as crossed lines can occur, allowing persons not invited into the Teleconference to hear the business discussed.
