CONTEXT announces launch of Click Charge Report

18 March 2008 - Context announces the immediate availability of the Click Charge Report, a Survey of resellers' click charge pricing in the major European economies for the main printer and copier vendors.

The new service from Context allows pricing managers, MFP and Copier product managers, competitive intelligence managers, sales managers and market research managers to track competitor's offerings, obtain a full breakdown of colour versus mono cost per page, as well as breakdown on page volumes. Customers will be able to create their own category benchmarking, compare products of the same class based on their own requirements.

Context Click Charge Report is a quarterly service, tracking a sample of 1,000 IT and Copier Resellers in the UK, France and Germany. The report tracks all the main Imaging vendors in each country (including HP, Canon, Ricoh, KyoceraMita, KonicaMinolta, Xerox, Lexmark, Dell, Oki, Sharp and Toshiba). Products tracked in the new service are laser MFPs (Printer and copier-based). More specifically, the information provided in the report - delivered in an Excel spreadsheet - includes Product Level, Service, and Maintenance Click Charge for mono and colour based on page volumes.
