19 March 2008 - Context and the Photizo Group today announced the immediate availability of the Managed Print Services Tracker – Europe, the most comprehensive on-going study of Managed Print Services available today.
This new service is targeted at Marketing and Sales Managers at imaging vendors, Channel Partners who are marketing Managed Print Services (MPS), and anyone who needs to understand the dynamics impacting MPS adoption and how to win MPS engagements.
The new Service provides several benefits, such as:

Context / Photizo Group Managed Print Services Tracker – Europe is an End User study of MPS decision makers including IT decision makers and Facilities Managers / Purchasing Managers and is modelled on the existing study being carried out in the US. As such, it is the only 'concurrent' study being run in the US and Europe with identical survey instruments to create comparisons across the two regions. During 2008, a total of 700 surveys will be collected (400 in North America and 300 in Europe).
Context / Photizo Group Managed Print Services Tracker – Europe is delivered quarterly, in a PowerPoint presentation and conference call. The service covers UK, France and Germany, with 50 interviews collected per quarter for each country All major imaging vendors are covered, including Ricoh, Lexmark, IKON, Danks, Oce', Okidata, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Hewlett Packard, Canon, Brother and Samsung, for the following product categories: Printers, Copiers and Multifunction Devices.
As previously mentioned, this study is based upon the Photizo Group Managed Print Services Tracker – North America which is also delivered quarterly and which delivers 100 interviews per quarter (400 interviews in total) for the US and Canada. By using a common survey instrument, these are the only two studies to provide comparative data between North America and Europe for the Managed Print Services.
